The Resort’s 2013 Dollywood Season Passholder Discount

In 2013 The Resort at Governor’s Crossing is offering a discounted rate to Dollywood Season Pass holders on accommodations at The Resort. This discounted rate is available either on-line or by calling our call center at 800-497-5749. To access the rate on-line enter the promo code DLWDPASS in the Rate Plan box and the rate will appear as “Dollywood Season Passholder”. This special rate will be available on all room types that are available for the dates selected. This special discounted rate is available through Jan. 4, 2014.

All reservations reserved under this special discounted rate will be required to show their 2013 season pass at check in. If no 2013 season pass is presented the rate will revert back to rack rate. We are sorry but the season pass will only be accepted at check in. This discounted rate may not be combined with any other discounts, coupons or other promotions.

9th Annual Bloomin’ BBQ & Bluegrass

Sevierville will host its annual Bloomin’ BBQ & Bluegrass festival May 17th & 18th in downtown Sevierville. The “street fair” style festival will feature award winning BBQ from around the country plus live entertainment by renowned bluegrass performers.

This year’s headliner is The Bluegrass Album Band. All of the original members of The Bluegrass Album Band including Doyle Lawson, J.D. Crowe, Tony Rice, Bobby Hicks, and Todd Phillips will be in concert for just the second time this year. This is a rare opportunity to see these legends, as they have not performed live together for almost 30 years before this year.

2013 Dollywood Package

The Resort at Governor’ Crossing for 2013 is again going to allow you to build your own package to include Dollywood Tickets. These tickets are the “Play Another Day” tickets giving you 2 full days at Dollywood for the price of a one day admission.
Just go to our special package on-line booking engine, choose your dates and applicable rate type (our standard every day rate is called Rack, if you are a member of AAA, AARP, own a business or are a government employee you may select those applicable discounted rates). If available you will be offered the opportunity to upgrade, and then a box will appear where you can add tickets or other items. Look for the Dollywood logo and select the tickets needed in each age catagory. (If you require more than 4 tickets of any age grouping select 4 and then you will be able to add additional tickets).
The packages are available for stay dates 3/23/2013 to 10/29/2013 on-line and must be reserved 2 days prior to arrival. Tickets will be available for pickup at 4PM day of arrival. Once tickets are received by guest they become the sole responsibility of the guest and are non refundable.You must have Java Script enabled on your computer to view these rates. You may also call 800-494-7308 to reserve your package.

The Resort at Governor’ Crossing and NASCAR Speedpark have joined to offer discounted general admission tickets to NASCAR Speedpark. Enjoy luxury accommodations and the enjoyment of our indoor & outdoor water parks at The Resort and a day of fun at NASCAR Speedpark.

NASCAR Speedpark Sevierville TN

For 2013 we are again allowing you to build your own package to include NASCAR Speedpark all day tickets. Just go to our special on-line package booking engine, choose your dates and applicable rate type (our standard every day rate is called Rack, if you are a member of AAA, AARP, own a business or are a government employee you may select those applicable discounted rates). (If you require more than 4 tickets select 4 and then you will be able to add additional tickets). Speedpark ticket prices are $19.95 each and this includes all taxes and fees.
General admission daily tickets are for unlimited rides on the following tracks: Rookie, Competitor, Qualifier, Baby Bristol, Family 500, Young Champions, Smoky Mountain Speedway (must have a valid driver’s license) and Slidewayz. Plus unlimited use of Bumper Boats, Dragon’s Lair Fantasy Golf Course, Exciting Kiddie and Family Rides, and Rock Climbing Wall.
General admission tickets are required for anyone entering NASCAR Speedpark. Tickets are good any one day in the 2013 season and are non refundable.

The Resort at Governor’s Crossing Announces New Miniature Golf Course

The Resort at Governor’s Crossing is pleased to announce the addition of a new 9 hole miniature golf course in 2013. The new mini golf (Putt Putt) course will be located between Phase I and the outdoor waterpark. It will occupy about half of the walkway and run length ways. Completion of the course is expected to be mid to late March.

The addition of the mini golf will add to The Resort’s growing list of on site amenities. In 2012 The Resort added its Pirate Ship Playground, a dry play area, and the Toddler Splash & Play area to the indoor waterpark.

What time is Check In and Check Out?

Check In time is 4PM, Check Out is at 11AM
Any late check out may be subject to additional charges.

If we arrive early can we check in?

We try to check in guests as soon as possible but early check-ins especially during the summer season is almost impossible because of occupancy. We recommend calling the front desk (865-429-0500) when you are close to arriving and to see if your unit is ready.

What are the hours for the pool areas?

The pools open at 9AM and close at 11PM

Can your purchase a pass for the waterparks if not staying at The Resort?

No, the waterparks are for the exclusive use of registered guests staying at The Resort

Can we use the waterparks after checking out?

Yes, after checking out of your unit a special key can be issued allowing access to the waterparks the remainder of the day.

Do you allow pets?

I am sorry but we do not allow pets. These units are individually owned and the home owners association voted against allowing pets.

Is continental breakfast included in a stay?

We do not offer a continental breakfast at The Resort as these are condominiums with full kitchens.

Build Your Own Vacation Package

The Resort at Governor’s Crossing gives you the opportunity to build your own vacation package. You may select your unit type and then add desired attraction tickets. Currently we offer tickets for horseback riding at Adventure Park Five Oaks, NASCAR Speedpark all day passes, two day Dollywood tickets, and tickets to Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies. We also have a wine package available that can be added to your stay.
The Resort uses multiple on-line reservation systems so that we are better equipped to handle the your needs. If you wish to just reserve a unit and at the present time do not wish to add tickets you may use this link for room only. To reserve a unit and purchase attraction tickets or add wine to your reservation please use this link. You may also call us toll free at 800-497-5749 to make a reservation or to add tickets to an existing reservation. Tickets are an advanced purchase and charged at time of booking.

Sevierville’s 2012 Bloomin’ Barbeque & Bluegrass

The 8th Annual Bloomin’ Barbeque & Bluegrass Festival is scheduled for May 18 & 19 in downtown Sevierville. This free street style festival features live Bluegrass music as well as some of the finest BBQ in the country.

Scheduled to perform on the main stage Friday evening are Jerry Butler & The Blu-J’s, Just Us, Jimbo Whaley & Greenbrier, and The Quebe Sisters Band. Saturday’s headliners are Mountain Ruckus, Ken Mellons, Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper, Rockin’Acoustic Circus and then at 8PM The Travelin’ McCourys.
